Channel Islands · Oxnard, California
An oceanfront, physician-led brain health and performance clinic within Pure Recovery California. Founded by Brandon Siler — built to give the people he played with, and people like you, the integrated brain care they deserve.
Assessment-driven.
We measure first — qEEG, neuropsych testing, history, labs — and treat from data, not from a 12-minute first appointment.
Physician-led.
Board-certified psychiatry, supervised neuropsychology, and a medical director overseeing TMS and every medical protocol. Plain-language plans, signed by clinicians.
Measurably better.
We re-measure every 8–12 weeks. If something isn't working, we see it and we change it. You shouldn't have to guess whether you're improving.
Who we help
Three doors. One clinic.
Most patients come to us for one of three reasons — performance as an athlete, support with mood and mental health, or executive optimization. Wherever you fall, our approach is tailored to meet you where you are.
What’s under one roof
Assessment, medical care, and recovery — under one team.
Most clinics specialize in one of these. We run all three, in coordination, on the same campus, on the same chart.
Oceanfront. Accredited. Private.
Our clinic operates within Pure Recovery California — a Joint Commission–accredited facility on the harbor at Oxnard. The water is the first thing you see in the morning and the last thing you see at night, and that’s intentional. Recovery and performance both want a calmer nervous system, and the Channel Islands deliver one before any of our protocols touch you.

The founder
Brandon Siler built the clinic he wishes his teammates had.
Brandon spent a decade in the NFL as a linebacker. After football, he saw friends and teammates navigating brain health and concussion care that wasn’t built for them — bounced between specialists who didn’t talk to each other, prescribed treatments without measurement, sent home without a plan.
Through Legacy Pro Sports and now Siler Brain Clinics, he’s built what he wishes had existed for them: one team, one chart, one plan, with the time and the protocols to actually move the needle. Every patient — pro athlete, C-suite, or someone tired of being passed around — gets the same standard of care.
Trusted, accredited, and quietly used by the people who can’t afford to be wrong about their brain.
Your brain deserves a real workup.
